All rounds were unbroken except for one with the pullups. This workout was tough for me to keep my breathing under control. My heart was racing the entire time. Good workout!

Jenette - 6 rnds + 15 bj + 1 kb, Rx'd. Video taped this one for the first time with my Flip mino! I think it'll help to see where I could make improvements.
