This was, to put it simply, very, very bad for me today.

Nice job Jenette: way to stick it out. I don't know if the max wod took everything out of me yesterday or what, but the DL's were soooo hard today. C2G was good; only broke up last 2 rounds on those. Oh well - it is done!

OH MY GOD I was looking at my previous times...I DID THE WRONG RX'D WEIGHT TODAY!! wonder I was dying!!! It was 80 not 135! WTH

My pushups were not so good today. My arms are sore from all the pullups I did yesterday. Was only able to do the first round of pushups without breaking. Deadlifts were no problem - all unbroken. Your time doesn't seem so bad now Krista!

Felt like I really got a good start and was able to push through the fatigue of the push ups. All DL unbroken

I just did this WOD! I can see why it would be very hard to have used 135#s on this one Lol!!! Nice job everyone with this WO! Dl's where just about unbroken till the last two Rds. Pushups where brutal on the shoulders, sore from all the Pullups on Tues WO! OMG!!!

Jen, what was my time on this? I didn't write it down. 18 something. Super tough for me. I am feeling so sore today. Everything on this wo was hard for me. I am so use to doing hand release pushes, and working my way up, that a real push is so hard for me. I did the 80#, but the pushups I did on my knees. That way I was sure to go all the way down. Brutal. Thanks Jen for the company.
