Did some heavy squats and shoulder press, push press and push jerks.

Did 2 sets of 5 reps with 275lbs on back squats. When I maxed out on back squat I was only able to get 275lbs.

All the lifts felt good. Usually I falter on Cleans and C&J's but I felt strong on them today. Nice work Leslie; thank you for joining me.

Didn't feel it in this WO today! Have not been feeling to good lately with any WO. Can't do OHS anymore, so I did a Frt Sqt, DL's where good, Run very slow, Clns good, C/Js where hard on the shoulder. I was about 200mm behind Krista till the last two Rds, then it became a whole Rd behind! Lol

This felt pretty good - May try 80# next time. I wish I could get that OHS - but too much weight for me. We did this at Carlie's house. Thanks for the use of your driveway, Carlie and great job on the WOD. Lisa was impressive as well going for 70#.

55# for the overhead squat

All sets were unbroken. I was a little off today on my form but thanks to Paul's corrections I think I am squared away! Good workout for sure.
