I did not feel like doing this but once I got started I was glad. I felt pretty good but slow. I was unbroken with Pullups and Squats throughout the WOD and had to start breaking my Pushups in round 6. My Pushups are weak right now.

This was a tough workout. I really struggled on my push-ups. After about the 4th round I had to split my push-ups in half and do 5 and then 5. I actually felt strong on my pull-ups which is exciting!

16 rnds + 5 Pullups + 10 PU + 3 squats

I knew it would be tough to beat my previous time - didn't quite make it. Pullups were great, pushups were my weakness, but not bad.

Gettin back into it. I have taken 12 days off eaten like crap and have a cough that will not stop. So yes I am complaining and making excuses.
