I was unbroken with Pullups and Squats throughout the WOD and had to start breaking my Pushups in round 6. Vanessa:14 round 5 pull ups 10 PU's and 10 squatsPurple band for pull upsThis was a tough workout. I really struggled on my push-ups. After about the 4th round I had to split my push-ups in half and do 5 and then 5. I actually felt strong on my pull-ups which is exciting!
