14:51 75# (08/29/12) I used 75# because my shoulder is very unstable at this position. I am glad I did. Unbroken 1,2 and 5 rounds. My runs are still very slow especially at 1:30.

I really need to work on these more often. My form got better by round 3 - finally figured out how to lock out my shoulders. I did use a ball to squat on to make sure I was getting full ROM. the runs also seemed slow - did this at 1:00 in the afternoon. Paul knocked it out and actually lapped me.

Felt real good on my OH squats. I on set 3 I was in the perfect position for the first five then my hands started to slip and go wide. But those first five were amazing it didn't even feel like I had weight on there. I did all sets unbroken but my hands kept slipping so I need to invest in some chalk. Good WOD I still suck it up at running.
Did several tests and this was the max weight with the best ROM. I was aiming to squat on my 8" box bit still was not quite there. I hit the box a few times though, and got stuck a few times and had to drop the bar!
Krista's form was great! The runs were good and we had some awesome weather! Very good wod. :-))
This was brutal; used ball for full ROM. Couldn't get back up once. Got all 15 OHS in the 2nd set; otherwise dropped the bar once each round. Tried to stay strong on the runs...Thank you Jenette!
