Just did yesterdays WOD, OMG F#@^*& GOD!!! Great WO though, I was Pumped for this one! Dont have many good feeling days lately. Was able to DL lift 3,2,2 each Rd; Burpess where 7,3. Arms where starting to lose it by the 4th Rd.Rx'd11:47
