WOD from July 7
19:22 Rx'dThis was my 4th WOD in a row. I was feeling pretty stiff and sore before this workout, but feel much better now. This was a good metabolic workout. Kept my rows under 2:20. Did the first row in 2:12.
Rx'd 18:07My rows are good but I am still a slow runner. I am trying to do sprints to work on it. Jared
16:47 RX'dRow Times = 1:46, 1:56, 1:57 and 1:58.I felt horrible. I am sicker than a dog. (Yes, Morgan I am finally sick) I pushed all I could but the runs were 2:00+.
