OMG!!This was intence, FUN but intence! Not as easy as it looks. When you jump back up from your Burpess, MAKE SURE that your feet land slightly between your DB's then stand up, or you will have a hard time lifting them for your DL's! 18:14 45# DB'sI wanted to be RX'd but 45# was the heaviest I had. It was good and I want to do this again soon with RX'd weight. I was hoping for 2 minutes a round and when I finished thought I barely missed it. (I thought I was 16:14? but had wrote down 18:14.)

Jenette - 24:45, Rx'dThis was tough! You all did so well! The 35# was killer because I had to hold the weights out quite a bit when squatting down in order to fit between them for the burpee. My triceps are feeling it.I did this outside at 9pm, but there was a nice breeze. My mom counted rounds and looked worried for me at the end. :-) She hasn't seen many crossfit wods.
