23:58 Rx'dThis was a tough one. Broke up squat cleans to 9-6 each round. First round of T2B was 12-8 and after that had to drop 3 times from bar. I felt pretty good on the first 2 runs, the last one just felt super HOT!

I think he had fun, but admitted to it being the hardest workout he's ever done.
