Pullups were 2-3 at a time; ripped my hand on the last pullup of 7th rnd so it was all downhill from there. Weight was good. Time was not. :-(

This seemed difficult today! My grip was so fatigued. It's been a long time since I last did pull ups. C&J's felt good but only got the first round unbroken, from them it was about 4 in a row, then the difference.

I always think these kinds of WO are fast and painless, A NO! I tried 75lbs, for 2Reps; then pulled it off, was to much!! But I did go up in wieght on this one. Was able to do 2/3reps at a time on C/J, and pullups where ok.

The clean and jerks were tough, especially by 7, I really had to use the jerk to get the weight up and could feel it in my legs. Pullups actually went well despite my hands hurting from doing pullups and K2E yesterday. Never dropped form the bar.

Pullups were my weakness. I was only unbroken from 6 down. Jerks felt Strong and PC's were fatiguing.
