Was not looking foward to this one. My quads are still sore from doing the wallball and squat clean WODs in the the same day. Finished thrusters at 9:09, started with a set of 20, couldn't get more than 10 after that.

Good WOD! The Row was Brutal and I had to row a 1:40 pace the last 200M to get sub 12:00. My goal on Thrusters was 35,15,10,10,10,10,10. I almost did it.
finished thrusters at 10:35. I got 14 the 1st set and after that was all over the place. Sometimes I could knock out 8-10 or sometimes 4before dropping the bar. I sat down to row and realized I needed some water so I lost quite a bit of time, but the row felt great! finished 1000m in 4:29.
Thanks Lisa for doing this with me. It would have been a hard one to do alone!
I realize I have a serious aversion to thrusters and didn't want to psych myself out. So, I just thought of it as wallballs. :-) After those were done, took a somewhat a leisurely walk around to the rower, and kept up a 2:30 pace. Overall, I'm ok with my time, and glad I got it done.
14:40 Rx'd Thanks Morgan for the push and sharing your equipment. Tough WOD. Did 14 first set of trustees, and hen 10 at a time. Really tried to focus on my squats. Felt good, but knees still came in a bit. Will continue to work on that.
