Ha Jen and Jared this is the WO! Watch out for that third jump its a doosey!
08/16/12 7rounds. Oringinally was using electric box 26” only to crash hard less than a minute in. Hit my shen on box, this hurt so bad. When I was done crying like a fool, started over and exchanged BJ for jumping lunges. Bench dip with legs parallel to ground. Good luck.

Modified Ring Dips w/ feet on 20" box

This was a good one. Kettlebells were slippery, box jumps seemed slow, Ring dips were good - got all 1st 2 rounds then broke into 7-3.

If anyone wants to borrow my 44# KB for this one, let me know! I also 40# dumbbells that can be used for this too!

@ D. - Yeah - that hurts! I think we have all been there. Nice job with going for 26" box jumps though!

7 Rounds 10 KB's, 10 BJ's and 1 RD. RX'd (08/18/12)

This was good! I still feel like crap but was able to keep pushing on this one. KB's were unbroken every round. I was happy with this considering I haven't done 70# in a year. BJ's were hard after the KB's. My legs felt fatigued. Ring Dips went much better than normal. I feel like I am getting stronger on these.

Didn't have a heavier kb, so double the reps
Did 20kb swings @ 35#
10 box jumps @ 21"
20 Bench dips
super tough in he afternoon heat. Kbs were brutal for me.
Got 7rounds+19 kb swings

Felt good, everything unbroken! Box jumps were fast and ring dips were a rest.

Rx'd 6 round + 7 KBs

KBs were felt really heavy. Ring dips were tough and slow going.
