I think 135 is the most I've ever done. I was able to get 3-2 every round, but it was tough.

Tough. Form on DL's questionable which is why I dropped. Nice job Morgan.

Correction 150lbs rnd 2-5. And just noticed I got the exact same time as Morgan. Funny. :-)

Hmmm... Maybe should have gone lighter. I was hopping for sub 5:00min. Morgan was watching my form and I only got a nice job on about 20% of the lifts I did.

I was shooting for a sub 5:00 as well. But what gave me more of a boost was to halve Jared's time (sorry Jared). Even though I am still sick with chest and sinuses conjestion, I felt really good on the first 2 rounds. My last 3 I just kept steady to get that sub 5:00.

Nice job back atcha Krista! 155lbs. I can't really imagine lifting any higher than 135 right now. My form felt good on everything but that's freakin heavy!

Just did this WOD, OMG F#@^*& GOD!!! Great WO though, I was Pumped for this one! Dont have many good feeling days lately. Was able to DL lift 3,2,2 each Rd; Burpess where 7,3. Arms where starting to lose it by the 4th Rd.
Nice job everyone.

That is he heaviest I have ever done. Felt pretty good, but we will see when tomorrow comes. Form felt okay on most, but a couple may not have been as strong, and still felt my legs going inward. Burpees were good. All unbroken.

Lisa, I was able to watch a few of your deadlifts. Your knees were hardly going in until the later rounds as you fatigued. And even then it was minor in comparison to before. I think the WB with your squats is helping alot. Great job on the deadlifts.

I had good form on each dl but definitely took it one at a time. This is by far the most I've done in a wod, haven't been above 125# except for a one time max of 185#.

Nice Job Jenette! I am very impressed. WOW. Ever think you could lift 150# 25 times and do 50 Burpees just for the heck of it?

Thanks, Paul! No, I really never thought that before now, although I feel like I should be Rx'd all the time. :-) But I have to remember it's just been over a year since I started training with you. There's still so much to accomplish.

@Jenette - If you think you should be at RX'd all the time, then NO MORE PUSHUPS ON YOUR KNEES! You are doing so well and kicking butt everyday. I am sure you feel you have accomplished so much!

165# was probably just a little too heavy for me, but I still did it. the first round was good and I knocked out all 5. I could my form was compromised starting round 3. Leslie - nice job with Rx'd! and nice job to everyone else for pushing the weight up on this one!

Paul...I haven't done pushups on knees in a year! I just forgot hand release the other day. ;-)

Oh Gotcha. It must have been misscommunication. I heard from somebody that heard from somebody that heard from somebody......
