I did this at the station on the good old model B Rower. I finished about 1:45 and started DU's a little after 2:00. I finished DU's just before 6:00. I am realizing that I really need a speed rope. The max I did was 30 before the arms fatigued out and anything over 50 reps tax my shoulders and forearms. I am happy to beat my previous time.

The DU's were killer, especially after going all out on the row. did the row in 2:12, started burpees at 12:00.

Row was good; DU's were not too horrible; burpees were tough but manageable. Thanks Jenette; your row was smashing!

Ok so Krista totally killed this WOD. She can do DU's nonstop! My 600 singles were very taxing, and made for some burning shoulders during the burpees. I need to get back to cardio in the morning and wods at night. :-)
