Jenette - WOD from 7/21
9:56 RX'dI did this at the station on the good old model B Rower. I finished about 1:45 and started DU's a little after 2:00. I finished DU's just before 6:00. I am realizing that I really need a speed rope. The max I did was 30 before the arms fatigued out and anything over 50 reps tax my shoulders and forearms. 16:06 Rx'dThe DU's were killer, especially after going all out on the row. did the row in 2:12, started burpees at 12:00. Previous time:14:12; singles (4/27/10)Did the 500m row in 2:09, not sure about the rest.

Jenette - 13:49, singlesOk so Krista totally killed this WOD. She can do DU's nonstop! My 600 singles were very taxing, and made for some burning shoulders during the burpees. I need to get back to cardio in the morning and wods at night. :-)
