@JaredAlso didn't you do Squat Cleans last time? If you did what a time! Did you do PC's on this?
@ PaulI did do Squat cleans last time and had a better time. I did not do them this time. I definately noticed how much faster the cleans went but my dips were really terrible. Jared
9:30 80# PCRing dips w/ feet propped on box.The first set of PC felt tough - got a little easier after that. Ring dips were tough all the way through.
