Man Paul you are coming back pretty strong. Did this one with my sister at home. It has been a while since I did box jumps that were that hi. Felt good.

Did this in Pine Grove with an incline in the run. Had to run a little further than 200M to the playground for Pullups. Then had to go over to the picnic tables for Box Jumps. Jumped onto the picnic table. Air Squats felt slow.
I helped Jen's sister, Julie learn the Muscle Up and I ended up doing 5 of them. My shoulder felt strong but I am still weary about them. Julie almost got one on her own.

Park bench box jumps 18", didn't see the higher requirement. Jumping pulled. It was the park by my house and the bars were so short I didn't have enough room for kipping.

Also did this at same place as Paul. Pull up bars were slippery, so that slowed me down a bit. Should have been able to do all 5 in a row.
