5 Ring Dips
10 Pushups (hand release)
15 Squats


We did some Swimming, Kayaking and Paddle Boarding in Whiskey Town Lake while Camping.

This WO was was a great one for the upper body! Nice job Jared! Ring dips where good, had to use a little toe tap! Pushups got me good about the 6th Rd! Squats where fast and deep. Have fun with this one. Lisa nice job subbing with the bench.

Subbed 10 bench dips with feet (heels) extended out on a chair
This was an arm killer. Pushups were the hardest. Had to do this inside due to a forest fire nearby and with all the smoke outside.

Also subbed bench dips with feet up on chair since we did not have rings. This was another shoulder burner. Pushes were tough - 1st round was only one unbroken.

Used two chairs facing each other for dips (x10). Pushups were good but got SLOW by the 6th round. Going to go for a quick run now...

Jenette - 12:13, purple band for RD, pushups Rx'd (balanced on left foot on big toe), squats fast and full ROM. Pushups were fast and unbroken until round 6, then were 6/4. Felt good!
