1 Hour and 20 MinutesWe ran up "Training Hill" in Auburn next to the American River. Training Hill is 3.2 Miles long and 1.4 miles straight up. We tried to run the entire hill and it was impossible. This hill was unbelievably crazy. My legs and butt are feeling it now. We made it about half way up before we stopped and started walking. My arms were tingling at that time. We made it up in about 30 minutes. The next 1.8 miles down were just as difficult. The legs were jello.Previous Times:RUN21:38 - 3.05 Miles (09/26/11)Felt good! Did 6/28 WOD.Sounds pretty intense Paul. Wish I could have been there. Good Job!Jared
23:20My goal was to keep each K under 5minutes. I'm pretty sure I've never rowed a 5k before so this was a pretty tough challenge for me. Loved it!Morgan
23:37. This was so hard for me today. I don't know if it was because of the heat, or because I just haven't done a 5k in a while. Maybe both. Anyway, I was just glad I finished! Ran 1mi to the park as a warm up and then ran 2mi at the park and finished the last mile by running home. So, I guess I did 4 all together, but only timed the 5k.
Jenette - 25:32 row. First WOD in 7 days due to broken toe! Just had it x-ray'd and set today, and I knew it was time to get back to where I was.
