6:30 RX'dI thought I started off good. I was able to do 21 and 9 Thrusters unbroken. The Pullups were horrible. Although I try to stay controlled I was gassed on the Pullups. Jen threw this on me right when I woke! I weigh 210.5# and starting Paleo with Jen. I don't know about revisiting this WOD again in a month!
injured my ankle...I know, hard to believe with someone as graceful as myself;-). Taking it a little easier. Did the elliptical today for 45 min. Have been running the hill a few times a week this summer, and I think that is where I did something to my ankle/achilles tendon. Anyway, if you don't see me post for a while that is why...I am not leaving crossfit.
Paul and Jen...I am with you on Paleo! Ever since vacation and injury my diet has been just terrible. I am hitting up sprouts tomorrow. Can we have an official challenge and use your blog? :-)
