My sister Holli is visiting and we convinced her to do this wod with us--her first one ever! She did awesome.No access to a pool, so we subbed a 400 m run for the swim, and we did knee assist pushups. Had an active rest day. went indoor rock climbing with Devin (thanks Morgan for the idea!) It was so much fun. At first I was really scared to go very far up the wall. Not a fan of heights. But, after the first few attempts I got use to it and we had a really good time. The walls were 30ft. high, and we made it to the top several times on different types of rock walls. Good wo! My arms are tired from pulling myself up some of the more difficult walls.

Forgot to post when I did this wod on Tuesday 7/24/12. I'm a terrible swimmer. There were times I had to stop in the middle of a 25m lap because I needed to catch my breath! Drives me crazy. But I did beat my goal of finishing under 20minutes! Morgan- 19:53
