Did this after 14 hour drive coming back from vacation. So glad I did. Could have crashed on the couch and watched t.v. for a couple days.

I could have sworn that I had done this one before, but no time posted. Not one that i want to do again anytime soon. My broad jumps improved after the first 2 rounds and went down from doing 4 sets of Burpees to 3.

Did not like this one I already have blisters and this just added more too it. Broad jumps were fun and I tried to get as far as possible each time. I did 2 sets each time.

Loved the cloud cover! Thanks to my friend Tory for joining and trying out her first crossfit wod. That was fun!!! Now I have to nurse my two blistered palms. :-((( I seem to be very blister-prone these days.
