8:32 RX'dMy legs were done even before I started the WOD. The 200 WB's I did yesterday wiped them out. PC's were exhausting on the legs. I was able to do 11 and 4 the first round. The next 2 rounds I was only able to do 2 at a time except for twice I did 3. Tough WOD!
You all did great and had great form. If you were not RX'd, do not have an injury and were knocking out 5 or more PC's in round 2 and 3then you need to increase your weight. You should have to explode all you can with your legs to get these PC's up to the rack position.
