15 Burpees Facing Bar

Burpees facing bar - face the bar drop down and do a burpee then do a broad jump over the bar to the other side. Turn around, face the bar again and repeat.

With the bar facing burpees, do you count both sides of the bar as one, or on each side? Meaning, is 1 rep doing a burpee, jumping over the bar and then doing another, or do you count each burpee as a single?

Did wo from 9-3-10. Ran @ 1.6 miles after with Jack.

Each burpee counts as a rep; I believe. :-)

Hard wod. It seemed just as hard with dbs. Did first 3 rounds unbroken. I used a bar made for L-sits to do my burpee facing bar.

Sub'd DU's because it is too hot for a run and I suck running by myself...need someone to chase...it was still too hot even with DU's!! Burpee-Broad jump is torture!! Did I mention it is HOT?!?
