Jenette - I had a real life WOD from 9pm to 1am last night...spread 12 pallets of sod at my kids' school! We had to carry the sod rolls all over a 1 acre playground. Did countless squats, and the rolls are about 40# each. It was good to be helpful!!!

This WOD wasn't to bad, My hamstring pull hurt a bit to much with this one! Would of been faster, a toe tap here and there on RD's, SDHP's well didn't get to far with reps: 6-5-5-5! Krista pushed hard on this one, great job! Thanks for company.9:03Rx'dPrv 8:24@50lbs
9:40 60# SDHPRD's w/ purple bandYou girls had me beat on this one! Broke up SDHP into 10-6-5 except for 1st round did 11-10. RD's broke into 4-3. Not a bad workout.

8:43 RX'dI don't understand how you all said this wasn't bad! THIS SUCKED! SDHP felt hard and had to break up into 8,7,6 after the first round. RD's felt surprisingly good. Lol!! You guys all did well on this; I to are feeling it this morning! But over all Paul, it did suck, and I had a few choice words to say throughout this WO ha! Ha! Jenette - 9:54, 55#, purple bandArms are burning! But by the end my sdhp's involved lot's of energy from the legs and just a bit from my tired arms to get the bar up all the way. Good wod. :-)
