41:23 (#2 version)

This was brutal enough just doing half the double unders! Did the first mile in 8:00, was already at 18:00 by the time I finished 75 DU and 50 burpees. My jumprope handle broke on the 2nd round of DU's and I had to stop and fix it. I was barely moving by the time I got to the last 400m run. Have fun with this one!

Did version #1 with singles. Still sooo hard. I dont know how Paul and Jen did it with all those DUs. I have just startex doing dus, and knew I would be there all day if I tried them in this wo. Did 10 in he last round with 120 singles. That is all I could muster. I will have to do tjis one again with more practice...maybe.

Wow! Both my legs and shoulders were toast. I did the first mile in 6:50 and did the first 60 DU's unbroken. The DU's became hard. By the time I got to Burpees, it wasn't the DU's that were hard it was every single Burpee (all 105 of them). The last round I was able to get the first 40 DU's unbroken. Anywhere from 40 - 50 Burpees I had to lay down and get back up just to keep moving. I still jumped and clapped my hands on every single one.

A great start to a very active vacation! I was very ready for a workout like this after 14 hour drive to hometown. Many distractions from Easton and Rodeo (my dog); and reminded about mesquitoes!
