For time:
1.25 mile run (around North Lake)
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
25 Squats
25 Situps

You may break this up any way you want. Strategize and make it fun. Time is once everything is completed.

My brother came out to work out with us today. He really liked it. He got sidetracked with one of his kids on the last set of 400m and situps so he didn't finish for time but he was only about 1/2 lap behind me up til he tended to his kids.

Morgan- 15:30 started and ended with runs and broke up every 400m

Jen and I did this at the hotel gym in Provo, UT. We used the treadmill and was a big change from the norm. I did 10 mph the first .25 mile and 9 mph the last 4 x .25 miles.

I am disappointed with my time - thought i would be faster using the treadmill.

20 pushups

15 burpees

400m run @ 7.5

Was very nice to hoook up with Krista again , its been awhile! Todays WOD was good. Run was slow, I did my Burpess frist, and thought that I could keep up with Krista at the end, Yah right; that didnt work out Lol! Felt good afterwards. Not sure when I did this last.
