Not a bad little wod; had to break up T2B starting round 3; dropping once rnds 3-5. Could have pushed harder but felt good overall.

I was really hurting by the last couple rounds, but I beat my previous time, so I guess it was worth it!

9 rounds+ 10 wb + 20 situps + 4bjs
Didnt have a bar, so did 20 situps for 10 ttb.
12# wb throwing it back and forth in the air to Devin (he wont let me throw it at the house). Tried to throw it at what I thought was about 8-9'.

T2B got easier in the later rounds. I guess it helps when you don't put limitations on your shoulder.
