We did this at the hotel gym in Provo, UT. This sucked again!

7:21 45# thrusters. All the weight I have. Still hard for me though. Would have probably done 5-10 more pounds is all if I had it.

10:25 rx'd. I had to stop 3 times doing thrusters during rounds 21 and 15. Pretty poor.

Tough, but I beat my previous time, so no complaining from me. I thought the dumbbells were pretty much equivalent to using a bar. Broke up first set to 11-7-3, 2nd round 5-5-5, 3rd 5-4.

Krista - you killed this one! Jared - you will be back in no time.

Jenette - 10:26, 55#...this combo of overhead and burpees really takes it out of my shoulders. They are burning by the second round. It's good though, I know I'm pushing it but keeping full ROM.
