This worked up a sweat! I was thinking of adding a 200M run to each round and I am glad I didn't. The T2B I had to break up 7 and 5 rounds 2 - 5 due to shoulder fatigue. PC's felt good but never strung more than 3 in a row also to prevent injury to my shoulder. Legs were shaky on the Squats. I also had to go from the garage to the street for PC's back to the garage. It added a few seconds to my time and the bar got HOT! Good WOD!

Thank YOU for NOT adding the run!! HC's were tough - it's been a while. I tried 80lbs then 75lbs and felt that 70lbs my best bet. T2B broken up all rounds, 9/3, 8/4, 7/5, 6/4/2, 6/4/2. HC's did not drop bar on rnds 1 & 2, thereafter; 6/4/2, 7/5, 7/5. This hurt.

It is too freakin hot outside for bar workouts. They're tearing up my palms! I apparently didn't realize that hang cleans are harder than power cleans and I totally hurt my back in round 2 so my form must have been way off or 60# was just too much weight. Whatever the case, to save from injury, I switched to power cleans. T2B felt good but my hands were too sweaty to stay on the bar longer than 5 in a row.

OOPS! I thought these were Power Cleans. That is what I did. Weight went to the ground every rep. I am going to change it to Power Cleans.

I stayed pretty consistent, but I really had to push it on the last 2 rounds. Did all T2B unbroken, dropped weight on all power cleans, which may have slowed me down a bit. The last round of squats were a killer. Nice job to those of you who did hang cleans!

Just did this WOD with Rachel:6/27/12! Way to go. You all did great on this one! Who in there right mind would do HC's! Was able to do 3,3,2,2,2reps PC's till 4Th Rd; then had to do 3,2,1..... I lost it right about there!! T2b they where ok, Squats where unbroken of course!

This is one where I needed someone to push me, this is my max pc weight in a WOD. By the end I tried to do 2 at a time. T2B and squats were relatively fast and unbroken.
