Got all PP unbroken except for the 4th round; dropped the bar at 19. Could not get more than 25 DU's in a row. Pieced them together in sets of 10-15 thereafter. This was tough but kind of fun...lol.
13:26 singles, except for last round did all dus. That last round was hard. I expend so much energy just to get a few dus. Need to keep practicing though. Push press felt good though.
Thanks Paul. I would say it has helped a bit, alot of bending to lift creates of mail. Forms pretty good Lol! The heat is brutal though, its a WO in its self. Lost 8lbs!
14:17 RX'd My shoulders were shot after the first round. First round I did PP and DU's unbroken. From there I could only put together 8-10 PP and 10-20 DU's. Shoulder is bothering me after WOD yesterday 6/25.
18:18 RX'd!!!! Those DUs kill me but I am getting better. Still do one single for every du. Did 30 min on the elliptical before this wo so just glad I finished!
I got 1 round with 30 DUs. I think that's my best. I been slowing way down on workouts so I didn't want to over-exert and do rx'd. I focused on form though and tried to lift without having to jump for strength training.

Just did this WOD with my kids! Felt real good afterwards! PP's where a bit heavy by the 3rd RD! Did singles,Legs where like jelly.
