Bummer! I missed beating my last time by 30m! My total row time was 9:30 for 2000m, did 1st 2 rounds of DLs unbroken, then 6-4.

I am still shocked that I am beating my times. Although I have noticed I had my injury during alot of these WOD's and before surgery. Regardless as hard as it feels, I am getting back to fitness!

My total Row time was 11:11 for a total of 2910M. The rower went another 20M after the time stopped.

125lb DL

5 rnds + 30 DU's

Sheesh...I am so proud of myself I got all my DL's unbroken and my form felt right - yay!! DU's were another story. Got to low 20's and then pieced them together until I got to 50.

Jenette - 4 rounds on the dot! Really picked up the pace on those last DL's, wish I could do that each round. Amazing what you can do when the clock is running out.
