Jenette - 7:27 Rx'd. Well, it's about 111 degrees outside, but we found some shade and made it happen. Shuttle sprints were good but I felt like I could have been faster.

Did Clean and Jerks; this was fun. I wish I was faster on the sprints but they were pretty good! Great job on G2OH Jenette!! :0)

All the weights we have. The weights are the old school steel weights that go on the skinny bar. These were actually more difficult since the collars screw on and dont allow any spin. The run was a straight 200M run but had an incline. Done in Pine Grove in the Church Parking Lot.

Good WOD got confused with yesterday's WOD and did 25x4 shuttles, so I went about half the distance required in the WOD. Not sure how that happened
