I didn't realize how bad my hands were from yesterday's WOD! I think the bar burned our hands a little - made knees to elbows and KBs painful - blisters started to rip open at end of 2nd round of K2E.

I think I might even be able to call this Rx'd. Do you have to do the sets straight through to call it Rx'd. Either way I have improved so much. Thank you for introducing me to crossfit.

Deneshia - That is awesome! it sounds like you did more than Rx'd?! For Box Jumps women do 20" and men do 24". You do not have to sets unbroken to be Rx'd - just doing the prescribed weights and exercises.

KB and BJ unbroken - but a little slow...runs were ok.

Didn't have my partner today Lol! Was still hot at 5:10 today. Run was slo....w, K2E good, KB's where unbroken, BJ's those r my worst.
Thought I had good timing on this one until I stopped the timer!
