Wow! My legs could have informed me prior to starting this WOD that they were not going to perform today!

Wow, I am so not fit right now! 4 Minutes slower than last year. I feel like I am improving and I feel slow and heavy. Shoulder is still weak and unstable.

Sorry I missed you Paul. I did 4/23 WOD. I am still testing out exercises and trying to ease back into things. I agree with Paul about feeling not fit. I haven't been away as long as he was but I still feel crappy and worn down. I was doing Rx'd before the injury now I struggle just doing the lighter weights. Good Job Paul I think I will try this one later this week. My time is posted for my WOD on 4/23.

I did this one on 5/9. My box jump was a little lower then recommended. My time was 15.34.
