Sorry I missed you Paul. I did 4/23 WOD. I am still testing out exercises and trying to ease back into things. I agree with Paul about feeling not fit. I haven't been away as long as he was but I still feel crappy and worn down. I was doing Rx'd before the injury now I struggle just doing the lighter weights. Good Job Paul I think I will try this one later this week. My time is posted for my WOD on 4/23.Jared
Did this at the park today:16 something... My watch got cleared before I couls write it down. 12#wb@9ft19" BJWallballs were the worst for me. Too much squatting between this wod and yesterdays!

I did this one on 5/9. My box jump was a little lower then recommended. My time was 15.34.
