1 Mile Run
Then,
3 Rounds
10 Overhead Lunges (25/35#)
20 Good Mornings (30/45#)
30 Double Unders (90 Singles)
Then,
800m Run

*Good mornings should be done with the weight on your back, as this is a substitute for a back extension. A kettlebell can be used, but this is more of a stiff-legged deadlift, so is not preferred.

This was a good one to work up a good sweat! Came in at 7:19 for my mile run, but it was not enough to stay ahead of Krista and Jenette. Krista smoked me with her superior double under ability! Nice job to both of you!

Jenette - 19:46, singles. Pr'd on my mi run, 7:46! My jr broke before the wod so I borrowed Jen's and she's just a little shorter than me. :-) but it worked! Thanks for springing this wod on us as we probably would have avoided the run otherwise, heh.

Wow. @7:55 for my mile run, which anything under 8 is good for me...thanks to Jen and Jenette on that!! The du's just wipe me out...nice work Jen and Jenette I could not (and would not) have done this without you!

Did this at the park today with Lisa and Jaicee. Totally needed them to knock this one out. That last 800m was killer!

Yes, thanks for the push Morgan and Jaicee. That last 800 was the worst! Morgan probably would have beat me had she not taken some time out to take care of Easton on the playground.
Did 10 DUs and 60 singles each round
I'm working on it. Don't know how you ladies do so many in a row. They totally tire me out!

Today Jenette and I did:
(12-29-11 wod)
5 rounds
10 pullups
10 pushups (hand release)
10 push press

13:56, 70lbs Rx'd

This was tough but nice to do it in Jenette's 82 degree garage! Yay... Push press was tough; first two rounds got all 10 then did 6/4. Pullups were ok - not great, not horrible. Thank you Jenette - your pullups are strong!

I attempted 65# but was not even close to locking out my left arm, even had some sharp pain. Took off 10 and felt great, was able to keep pace with Krista, almost. :-) This was a good arm wod after yesterday's (today's posted). Lisa, I need to keep trying DU's...good job on incorporating them!

Used curl bar for GM's internet said it was 20#. Weighted it at home after wo 12.5#. Disapointed that I missed out on an Rx'd. So much improvement except my lungs! Really sucking wind.

I was sucking wind on my last 800M Run. The first 400M was 2:19 and my second was 1:54. The DU's gassed me but they were unbroken each round. Good WOD!
