8 Bar-facing burpees
8 Deadlifts (135/225#)
8 Toes-2-Bar

*Burpees facing bar - face the bar drop down and do a burpee then do a broad jump over the bar to the other side. Face the bar again and repeat.

I liked this one. Deadlifts were tough the last couple rounds - had to break up into 5-3 on rounds 4 and 5.

I truly was NOT going to do 135lbs, BUT since Jen did...I had to try...thank you for the push Jen - nice job. The worst part was my sweaty/slippery hands...good work Morgan and Jaicee.

I pushed hard and felt pretty good for the most part. I took a giant leap in weight for my deadlifts. I should be at 95# for now but decided to go for Girls RX'd. Shoulder seemed strong but was very controlled. The T2B were good but had to break them up so that I was not hanging the whole time. I also tried to do them without pulling with my shoulders. Insted I used much more core and legs. Thanks for pushing me Jen.

I really liked this WOD! Both ladies always set the stacks high for me when the weight is high; so I to had to do Rx'd on this one, I couldn't wimp out!!! DL's where unbroken 1,2rd; 3rd&4th I broke up 6-2reps; 5th rd unbroken!!
Burpess who ever thought those up anyway!! T2B broke up 4&4.

Jenette - 14:20, 125#. T2B felt great and were the best I've ever done. DL's were tough.
