I did 11/25/09 WOD. Great WOD. I am really liking the rower so I am trying to find rowing WODs to help me get back into shape. I believe Rx'd for this WOD was 95lbs. I still feel really out of shape. Double unders took some time because my calves were so sore and I really needed to warm them up.
