I have a sick kid and a sick wife so I also tried to do something quick. It was very hot and I am very out of shape but I did a 5k. 33:58 with a bit of walking. Jared
18:3495# Front Squats, 185# DeadliftsTough WOD! I decided I will not attempt OH Squats ever so I went with FS. Did 185# DL's though I weigh 200# right now. I am glad I didn't go any heavier. The sandbag run was not bad.Previous Time:15:57 RX'd w/ 225# DL (5/14/10)
20:53OHS 55# x 1 rnd, 45# x 3rnds120# DLI have really fallen behind on OHS. Was initially going to do 50#, but tried 55#. My ROM was horrible- only getting to a half squat. So dropped the weight to 45#. Did much better with that. Previous time:16:37; 45# ohs, 115 dlJen
