50 Double Unders (150 Singles)*

* I would like to see everybody attempt DU's in this WOD. If 50 is too many for you right now, do 5 DU's per round. If 5 is too easy do 10 or 15 per round. Make it something challenging but at the same time something new to learn. Remember practice what you suck at.

2nd Round = 36 + 14
3rd Round = 41 + 14 (5 Extra)
4th Round = 41 + 9
My DU's fe't great. I only stopped due to fatigue. I never tripped up. My Runs are just slow. That is where I need to improve.

Never would have done this if not for Jen and Lisa; thanks ladies. TOUGH wo DO NOT plan on doing this again anytime soon! 1st two rounds were BAD; the last 2 I actually could string 15-25 DU's together...need to order a new jr - my buddy lee rope broke last week!

This was absolutely BRUTAL! I was having chest pain by round 2! The 50 DU's per round is a lot for me. Thanks to Lisa and Krista for suffering through this with me.

First time doing DUs in a WO. Krista, when you order that new rope let me know! I would love to get one, and see if it makes a difference.
