Today Leslie and I did:

3 rounds
20 Push Press
30 Sit Ups

18:29; 75lbs
15:03; 65lbs (11-19-10)

Good one; 75lbs was tough...bar down twice on 1st round and 3-4 times on rounds 2 & 3.

This was a great but tough WO! Man I can't seem to run in a WO in this heat anymore; must be old AGE! Krista and I pushed hard on this one, Thanks for the Sunday Rush, nice one to end the day!!
