Can't do wb's at house so I did a similar wod:
5 rounds
10 power cleans
10 burpees

9:49; 80lbs (85lbs is Rx'd on this)
8:32; 75lbs (12-2-10)

I felt pretty good on this.

Hey Krista, Tha is wrong. It should be 80# as RX'd! I use 60% of Men's weight on everything! CF standard would be 95#. Good Job!

This was a good one! did this at the house with Paul and Jenette. Power cleans were tough - no rounds unbroken. WB's were good - did 4 rounds unbroken. I had to push to stay ahead of Jenette and Paul had us both beat!

Great WOD! It is coming down with the cleans that put the stress on my shoulder. Shoulder felt great otherwise. WB's were unbroken. Thanks Jen and Jenette.

Jenette - 11:20, 80#, 12# wb (Rx'd?). This was tough! I had to retry a few lifts at the end and needed to focus on form. Thanks Jen and Paul for having me over. :-)
