3 Power cleans (80#/135#)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Kind of wish I would have had a reference on how many rounds I should shoot for. Even though it was only 3 minutes, 4 rounds didn't feel very fast to me...

1st cycle: 4 rounds even
2nd cycle: 3+ Pushups
3rd cycle: 3+ 4 squats
4th cycle: 3+ 3 squats
5th cycle: 3+ Pushups

Morgan it looks like you did 3rds in each cycle but didn't add your PU's before your Squats?

Didn't realize on the first round that you keep repeating the whole cycle for the 3 minutes...doh!! Did this in the blazing sun on my patio this afternoon...OMG!!

This was a great WOD. I was shooting for 20 rounds but really think I can get 25 RX'd if healthy. I was going to do 135# PC's (getting crazy) but Jen talked me out of it! The legs really felt it on the cleans.

This was hard! My blisters are really hurting too. I struggled with the pc's--once in round 3 didn't get it all the way up and had to try again. We did 70#'s. Not sure how I managed to finish stronger than I started...
