Well you won't see me buying a rower anytime soon!!HaHa! Did WOD and Sub Thrst for WB's, Run was still slow, Pullups where ok, Thrusters where Nice and unbroken! Stevie did this as well, nice job!

Was going to do 5k row at starpointe but forgot my shoes! So I did:

7 rounds
7 push ups (C2G)
7 burpees
7 pullups


Felt good. Only got all 7 pullups one round; otherwise, 5/2 or 4/3.

This was deffinately a leg burner. My first attempt at Pullups in over 6 months. I made sure they were very controlled and more strict than anything. I also forgot how hard the row is.
