Well you won't see me buying a rower anytime soon!!HaHa! Did WOD and Sub Thrst for WB's, Run was still slow, Pullups where ok, Thrusters where Nice and unbroken! Stevie did this as well, nice job!
11:53 RX'd This was deffinately a leg burner. My first attempt at Pullups in over 6 months. I made sure they were very controlled and more strict than anything. I also forgot how hard the row is.

Was going to do 5k row at starpointe but forgot my shoes! So I did:
7 rounds
7 push ups (C2G)
7 burpees
7 pullups

Felt good. Only got all 7 pullups one round; otherwise, 5/2 or 4/3.
