Was going to do 5k row at starpointe but forgot my shoes! So I did:7 rounds7 push ups (C2G)7 burpees7 pullups11:47Felt good. Only got all 7 pullups one round; otherwise, 5/2 or 4/3.

11:53 RX'dThis was deffinately a leg burner. My first attempt at Pullups in over 6 months. I made sure they were very controlled and more strict than anything. I also forgot how hard the row is.
