I was going to do C&J's instead but ended up doing Snatches. Had to do sets of 5 in rounds 2 and 3 due to the right shoulder. I was sure to have very good form throughout. The burpees were tough!

This was tough...mostly it was the burpees. It took me 6 minutes to do the last 25 burpees alone. Did 30# bar c&j's.

Awesome job hilary. Good job with changing the snatches to an exercise that was still ground to overhead. C&J's do take longer than snatches.

Krista is so fast! I was keeping up for the first two rounds but then my shoulders/triceps(?) were out of energy and I was only able to do about 6 snatches at a time, and the last round of burpees slowed way down. I'm happy to finish Rx'd, not having done snatches in several months...but still wish I could have caught Krista. :-)

Jenette was totally with me the first two rounds - I thought you might catch me too! My legs were (are) still fried from the lunge/sqt wo...This was a good wo to push on. Thanks J. Good job all of you! Keep it up Hillari!

Did this WOD 5/28/12! The Burpees got to me on this one; Had a massive headache to start with! Pushed through it anyway. Snatches felt good for once! I would of done much better had I had someone with me.

This tired me out!
Good wo though!
As always the burpees were torture. Did this on my hardwood floors. Bad choice. It killed my knees!

Did this 5/30/12 after putting the kids to bed. I haven't done snatches in forever so I opted for form and low weight. Still had to stop 4x per round to rest. Burpees felt good and were almost a cooldown following snatches.

05/30/12 Just practiced snatches. 16x45#. These feel awful on my right shoulder. It is an improvement from last time 04/12/12 2x45#
