This was hard! The worst was the squat cleans! So glad I did this one with the group. You guys pushed me to keep going harder.

I brought the wrong jumprope to this WOD! I accidently grabbed one of Paul's JRs so it was way too long for me. I was only getting 1-2 DUs at a time, so I just singles on the second round. DB SC are killer!

7.5# dumbbells very bulky and awkward ended up just doing a curl squat type thing- need real dumbells
DU – the ugliest you’ve ever seen with breaks and singles between; but did all DU's
PUSH UPS hand release NO ASSIST Yay to improving! I'm going to need much more improvement. Signed up for Tough Mudder!

Now I kick myself for not doing 5# more on SC's. I would have been RX'd. But then again I shouldn't even be using 40#. Good WOD although I am 1 minute slower.

It was supposedly 113 outside tonight, but we had some shade and a breeze. Practiced DU's before the wod and still can't master the coordination. Also did a few 20" bjs! I'll move up to that finally. The sq cl definitely slowed me down and I fell backward after rep 12 on the 2nd round! I was really trying for full ROM. Broke the db a bit but still finished. Krista rocked the DU's and BJ's!

Squat cleans were tough but so were the BJ's and DU's. My legs just did not want to jump at all. Very deceiving wod. I tried to skip the first set of lunges but Jenette caught me! LOL!! Sheesh!

Time was much longer this time, but I did dus and my run was on steep incline and decline. Was a hard WO. The squat cleans were still the worst part!

Did his again with Carlie. The heat zapped us. Time was terrible compared to before, but still felt I pushed it.
