Felt good. All unbroken except for the final rnd of PC's I set the bar down on the 6th rep; had to catch my breath to finish out! Great job by everyone.
Thanks for letting me workout with you guys today! I had a great time and I will definately follow your blog and fitness routine everyday. Big thanks to Paul for teaching me the correct form for each exercise, I know with time I will get better at each one... SO for todays workout, it was tough, but I made it through. And now I am very sore, but that is always a good sign..right?! Thanks again! Jaicee
Took my son to Crossfit Fury today to take some free classes, I as well took a class! It was awesome. They use Kilo's very confusing to me! Rxd weight for the WO was 150# DL's and HSPU, they had me do Shoulder Press instead of HSPU. My last 5Reps for the DL's where @150LBs!!!
19:22 55# Shouldn't have done this one today. I was sooo sore from the 1/2 marathon, and all the squats we did from the last two workouts. Will have to do this one again, because my squats were terrible.
3rd crossfit wod postpartum. Everything was unbroken but I felt like I was going to pass out by round 5. It is so hot outside and I am so out of shape!

This one is a killer! I was dying on the last round. Was able to do first 3 rounds unbroken, then dropped once on push press after that.
