This was good one. The pushups were tough after about round 4. The squats were no problem. We all used a wallball to ensure full ROM on squats. Great job everyone!

I ran real hard on this. My pushups are getting stronger; made it to round 8 before I had to break them up a bit. Nice job all!

I did this WOD with Rachel today 4/18/12. Not to bad, the Run was horrible, took me 4:32min. The Pushups where fine till the 8th rd; Squats fast and easy! Bit the dust on this one.

I did 5 Controled Pushups each round. First WOD in a long while. I have alot of improvement ahead.
