Good one. Got to 30 on WBs before breaking, best stretch on DUs was 13 (still doing one single for each DU). KBs and lunges unbroken.

I was able to do 20# WB's but used mostly my left arm to thrust the WB up. KB's were tough but I had to use mainly my left to hold it. My first run was fast and the next 3 were sloooow. 2 WOD this week and getting sore

" there were 4 military 21 year olds that thought these were grandma workouts. They all have done CF before but I challenged them to beat my time. They all had a reality check and changed their mind after." I also stated "
