12#@ 8.5 ft.

I thought this was a good one. My quads are sore though as I write this the day after...

Morgan - we weren't actually Rx'd since the beam on the ramada is only 8.5 ft. Has to be 9 ft. with a 12# ball. I should have used my 14#.

hmmm... I intended to do this workout but totally did it wrong. I had apparently merely glanced at it and didn't remember specifics.

I did 10 rounds of 10WB, 15 Mountain Climbers-no rests.
