MAXED OUT AT 185lbs TODAY!!!This was a challenging WO today! The heat along was brutal. DL's where smooth, Pushups where good, DU's are still not good, was able to do 2DU's every 10 Singles thought this time! Krista and I tried very hard to MAX out today, she pushed real hard form was great. I on the other hand was so determend to MAX 190lbs, but was able to maybe dust the floor as I was starting to lift it! (Grr..!!) 15:08 Rx'd 120# DLGood WOD. I was dying at the end! Deadlifts felt pretty good, although I dropped once per round until 6 reps. DU's weren't too bad...did all unbroken from 12 reps on. Krista and Leslie - Impressive! I seriously considered trying for a 190# max DL...I will leave it for another day!

This is the end of my first week back doing scaled WOD's and have lost 8#'s so far. I had surgery at 204# and started this week at 212#. But the 8# extra was a big shift in muscle vs fat. Jenette - 17:37 125#, Singles. This was tough! I had to take it really easy on the DL's as I strained my left leg/hip this am running. Ugh, not a fan of long distance running! Sprinting is all I want to do. :-)
